Вопрос задержек поставок оборудования под контролем: российские энергетические компании взаимодействуют с энергомашиностроителями

Generating companies will not be penalized for shifting the commissioning dates of capacities to the right for different periods

Russian energy companies are actively interacting with power engineering companies regarding delays in the supply of equipment necessary for the construction and modernization of facilities. This was announced by Dmitry Vologzhanin, Director of the "Energy Producers Council" association.

A number of generating companies are postponing the commissioning dates of capacities for different periods, but they will not be penalized for this. The postponement of 19 projects with a total capacity of 7.34 GW has already been approved. The "Energy Producers Council" is actively interacting with Russian power engineering companies. We make a quarterly assessment of supply delays, including the composition of equipment and other parameters.

In February 2025, the Russian government postponed the start dates for energy supply under competitive capacity selection agreements for modernization (CCSAmod) for six generation facilities with a total capacity of 1.73 GW. In May, the date was also shifted for another 13 CCSAmod projects with a capacity of 5.61 GW. Two projects with a capacity of 0.22 GW were excluded from the selection list.

Previously, several companies faced delays in the supply of turbines for the modernization of energy facilities. The generating company "RusHydro" appealed to the government commission on the development of the electric power industry with a request to postpone the timing of capacity supply at two units of the Neryungri State District Power Plant due to delays in equipment supply.

In April, a structure of "Inter RAO" filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of Moscow against "Power Machines" for the amount of 264.7 million rubles. The claims are related to the delay in the supply of equipment for the modernization of one of the power units of the Kostroma State District Power Plant.

In turn, "Power Machines" explained the delays by deviations from the delivery times of large-sized blanks by casting manufacturers. This occurred against the background of an increase in demand for products after the introduction by the Russian government of requirements for the installation of exclusively domestic blanks.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) was again in court due to delays in the delivery of unmanned aerial vehicles.
