Court Refuses Ministry of Defense to Recover 57 Million Rubles from Manufacturer of Unique Electronic Warfare Systems "Tirada-2S" and "Satellite Killer"

The Arbitration Court of Moscow has rejected the claim of the Ministry of Defense for 57.5 million rubles against the OAO "Vladimir Plant "Elektropribor", which produces drone countermeasures. This was reported in court.

In November 2024, it became known that a corresponding claim had been filed with the court. The plaintiff believed that the defendant had not fulfilled its obligations under the contract. The amount of the claim is 57,502,195 rubles. Other details of the case were not reported.

"Elektropribor" is an enterprise in Vladimir engaged in the development and production of radio communication equipment and systems for both military and civilian purposes.

In particular, the company is producing the "Tirada-2S" radio jamming system, designed to disable enemy communication satellites and combat drones.
