Rosimushchestvo has transferred 14.1192% of the authorized capital (66,846,090 shares) of Zvezda Far Eastern Plant JSC to the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC).
The shares were transferred to the corporation as payment for additional shares issued by USC in connection with the increase in the company's authorized capital, the agency noted.
The Zvezda plant is part of the Far Eastern Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Center (FSC), on the basis of which the Zvezda shipbuilding complex is being created. The company provides ship repair services.
USC was established in 2007 in accordance with a presidential decree, 100% of the company's shares are state-owned. Since August 2023, USC has been under the trust management of VTB Bank.
USC plants produce, among other things, a series of Russian multipurpose nuclear submarines Yasen-M.
