"Metrovagonmash-Service" (part of TMH) has completed the repair of subway cars for the Kazan Metro. This was reported by the company's press service.
The work included the repair of the first volume (PDR-1) of electric trains models 81-765.4K and 81-766.4K. They were carried out on the production areas of MUP "Metroelectrotrans" in Kazan.
As part of PDR-1, work was carried out on the maintenance and repair of the chassis, traction drive equipment, power supplies, pneumatic equipment and electrical equipment. Blocks and systems that have exhausted their service life were also replaced. The first volume of depot lifting repair is carried out every 560 thousand kilometers of the car's mileage. This allows you to restore its serviceability and operability.
The guarantee for the completed activities is at least 140 thousand kilometers of mileage within 12 months.
"MVM-Service" is the only specialized organization in Russia that provides branded service for subway trains. The company also carries out regular maintenance and repair of more than 4,600 cars of the Moscow Metro and has experience in performing scheduled repairs for foreign metros.e
