A platform for personnel selection using artificial intelligence has been developed in Novosibirsk. According to pilot testing, the system shows an accuracy of 85%, which is twice as high as most analogues.

The platform uses voice analysis and a neural network that determines a person's psychotype based on their speech and resume. It assesses not only professional skills but also personal qualities, motivation, and compatibility with future work.

The platform automatically selects candidates according to the requirements of employers, compares psychotypes and professions, taking into account not only professional skills but also personal qualities. According to pilot testing, the selection accuracy on our platform was 85%. For comparison, on other popular platforms, it is 35-45%.
