A new production and warehouse complex of the company "PP Abrasive Materials" has started operating in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region. The company produces grinding belts and heads for industrial equipment. The Industrial Development Fund (IDF) allocated 100 million rubles of concessional loan for the purchase of equipment. The total investment amounted to 2 billion rubles.
The complex includes 16 production sites. Two of them are equipped with IDF funds. These are the segments for segmented belts and grinding heads. After reaching full capacity, the plant will produce 500 thousand heads and 100 thousand belts per year.
Thanks to the loan from the Industrial Development Fund, we purchased modern equipment for the new production site. Among the competitive advantages of our products is a wide range of materials of different sizes and grain sizes for high-quality grinding and a competitive price compared to domestic and imported counterparts. The launch of this production makes us one of the most flexible manufacturing enterprises in the Russian Federation, capable of meeting the needs of consumers of our products in the shortest possible time.
The products are used in mechanical engineering, metal and woodworking. Buyers are large Russian enterprises and retail chains, including "Petrovich" and "Lemana Pro". 12% of the products are planned to be exported to Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
