Мошенники обещают за лайк товаров на маркетплейсах по 500 рублей — полиция объяснила, в чём подвох

The "real price" of a like on a marketplace is 15 kopecks

Scammers offer users to earn up to 500 rubles for a like on marketplaces, although in reality such actions are paid no more than 10–15 kopecks.

According to law enforcement officials, one of the most common schemes is fictitious earnings on likes. Citizens are promised an income of 5 thousand rubles a day for simple actions on marketplace platforms.

Users are asked to follow the link, like the goods and send screenshots. After completing the tasks, the attackers can transfer a small amount to create the appearance of an honest transaction, and then begin to demand payment for the goods with the promise of a subsequent refund.

The police reminded that large trading platforms do not pay serious money for such actions. If they promise hundreds of rubles for a like, this is a sure sign of fraud.

To protect against such schemes, citizens are advised to check the authenticity of sites and links before performing any tasks or transferring money.
