A pilot project to integrate "Service 112" into the Max messenger has started in St. Petersburg. Users can now communicate with the emergency service via a test chat or call directly in the messenger.
At the first stage, a special subscriber "Emergency Call Service of St. Petersburg" was created in Max. In the future, it is planned to expand the functionality, including chatbots and mini-applications, which will improve the interaction between citizens and city services.
The Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, noted that the city is actively developing digital technologies. The integration of "Service 112" with the MAX messenger is a step towards creating a convenient system for residents, which will increase safety and comfort in the city.
