The Russian manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicle counteraction systems, KBP "Polet", has presented a new version of the "Spider" hand-held net launcher. This was reported by the company's press service.
The device is made of plastic, the strength of the product is ensured by a metal plate inside. The "Spider" is equipped with a rechargeable battery with protection against complete discharge. The net launcher comes with 2 shots.
Characteristics of the "Spider" net launcher:
- Firing range - up to 30 m
- Net 2.7×2.7 m - coverage 7 m²
- Charging via Type-C connector
KBP "Polet" also produces drone neutralization devices using physical methods, including ramming. The company develops complex algorithms for targeting and capturing targets in electronic warfare (EW) conditions.
