The «Obereg.Pro» body armor, manufactured by the Tula plant «Octava», with high-quality armor plates, protected a Russian soldier from shrapnel after an attack by two drones at once. This was reported in the press service of Rostec.
At the time of the attack, the soldier was in a «Niva» car. Due to the large area of protection, «Obereg.Pro» «caught» dangerous fragments and protected the soldier's neck.
In addition to high-quality protection against bullets, our ammunition has good anti-fragmentation packages.
The «Obereg.Pro» body armor includes ceramic armor plates of Br4 and Br5 classes. They can withstand hits from automatic and rifle cartridges, and Br5 plates can stop several shots from a machine gun. The properties of the body armor remain unchanged in water and at temperature extremes from - 40°C to + 40°C.
