The program adapts to any industry and integrates with 1C and EDI

A business process automation system adaptable to the specifics of various enterprises has been developed in Saratov. This was reported by the press service of the Gagarin Saratov State Technical University (SSTU).

The development allows accelerating digitalization without restructuring internal processes and losing profits. The system features a simple interface, quickly integrates with platforms like 1C, and supports electronic document management. Mobile and web versions are also available, as well as offline operation with subsequent synchronization, automatic generation of commercial offers and contracts.

The system was implemented at a ceiling structure manufacturing enterprise. According to the university, the average order fulfillment time was reduced from 10 to 6 days, and the proportion of orders completed on time increased from 80% to 95%. The number of errors related to the human factor decreased to less than 1%, and the productivity of managers increased by 50% due to the elimination of manual data entry and increased transparency of all stages of work.

The development also allowed optimizing warehouse stocks, reducing storage and procurement costs. Signing contracts and agreeing on terms is now possible directly at the measurement site, which speeds up transactions and improves interaction with customers.
