The new Lada Iskra is equipped with a rear passenger seatbelt reminder system - a first for the brand's vehicles. Signals are displayed both on the overhead console and on the instrument panel display, reports Lada.Online.
In addition, the Iskra received additional active safety options: a tire pressure monitoring system and rollover protection. These functions were also not previously used on production Ladas. The safety complex is complemented by front airbags, seatbelt pretensioners on the front seats, and a deactivatable passenger airbag.
The introduction of new safety features brings the Lada Iskra closer to modern standards and enhances the model's competitiveness in the budget segment, especially against the backdrop of growing driver expectations in terms of equipment and safety.
