The crews of the IMR-2 engineering vehicle are making passages in minefields. The equipment is equipped with a device for remote detonation of enemy mines with a magnetic fuse and electronic warfare equipment.
It was necessary to make a passage in the area that was mined using UAVs. Our installation activated the enemy's ammunition in advance. Drones constantly tried to attack, but electronic warfare successfully coped with them: they fell without reaching the vehicle.
IMR-2, made on the basis of the T-72 tank, received bulldozer and crane equipment, and an installation for remote mine clearance. The vehicle is designed for laying paths in difficult terrain and creating passages in minefields.
Earlier www1.ru reported that T-80BVM tanks stopped "flying": they began to be used in a new way.
