PJSC "Tupolev" is ready to sign new contracts for Tu-214 airliners with delivery no earlier than 2027. This was announced by a representative of the manufacturer at a meeting in the Arbitration Court of Tatarstan.
The company explained that they are concluding agreements with new buyers and sending commercial offers.
At the same time, the delivery of TU-214 aircraft to new customers is possible only after 2027. This is due to the workload of the plant, which manufactures the aircraft both for the plaintiff and performs maintenance work on military aircraft.
Tupolev added that they provided evidence of the fulfillment of contracts under the state defense order, which implies only a 4% profit on the contract.
The day before, the Arbitration Court of Tatarstan partially satisfied the claim of Tatneft to Tupolev for more than 6 billion rubles, including penalties.
