You can now link a "Troika" card to Yandex Go and quickly top up its balance. There are even more features in one application for those who use public transport. The "Troika" is saved in your account, and you always see the balance on it. You can top up your card with any of the linked cards.
To add a "Troika" card to Yandex Go, go to the "Transport" section and enter the 10-digit card number. Now it will always be at hand. You can top up your "Troika" anywhere and anytime, you don't need to look for terminals. It will only take a few seconds: the money will be debited from one of the cards used for purchases in Yandex services. Attach the card to the turnstile in the metro or the validator in the bus to record the amount. Then you can pay for trips as usual. The application always displays the current balance, so you will immediately see how much money is left and when it is time to top up the card.
In the future, you will be able to purchase subscriptions and travel cards in Yandex Go. There are also plans to add multiple transport cards to one account, including virtual travel cards.
Since 2013, almost 53 million "Troika" cards have been issued in Moscow. These cards are used to pay for about 80% of trips in the metro. 71% of users top up their card online, and not through ticket offices or terminals. Now they will be able to do this in the Yandex Go application.
In the "Transport" section in Yandex Go, you can now not only plan trips and track the movement of transport in real time, but also top up your "Troika" card. This became possible thanks to integration with SberTroika. In June, a new section appeared in Yandex Go - "Hub". In it, you can compare routes not only by public transport, but also by taxi, car sharing and scooters. This makes it easier to choose the best option in terms of time, cost and comfort.
