United Engine Corporation (UEC, part of Rostec State Corporation) has begun developing new mobile and rapidly deployable gas turbine power plants for power supply to remote areas based on the upgraded NK-37 gas turbine engine with a capacity of 25 MW.

Rapidly deployable GTPP are characterized by high operational flexibility, require minimal site preparation, and can operate on both diesel fuel and natural gas.

The first prototype based on the modernized NK-37 engine is planned to be tested as early as 2027.

This solution is particularly relevant for energy-deficient territories and industrial facilities where rapid наращивание generating capacity is required.
