The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has filed several lawsuits with the Moscow Arbitration Court against the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of the Rostec State Corporation). The total amount of claims exceeds 1 billion rubles. The data appeared in the register of arbitration cases.

The first claim amounts to more than 205 million rubles, the second to almost 179 million rubles, and the third to more than 648 million rubles. All three claims were registered on June 25, 2025.

Details of the cases are not disclosed. Rosimushchestvo is listed as a third party in all claims.

The press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade noted that these claims are not related to the comprehensive program for the development of the aviation industry (CPDA) and will not affect the schedule for the delivery of civil aircraft. The current version of the program until 2030 envisages the supply of 990 aircraft for civil aviation, including 142 SSJ New units, 270 MS-21-310 units, and other models.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that the manufacturer of Tu-160 "White Swan" strategic bombers will pay a billion-ruble fine.
