In Russia, new software "Veda" has been developed, masking the military's secure communication equipment as ordinary DMR radio stations. This was reported by representatives of the project.
According to them, thanks to new algorithms, communication systems will be able to use the basic communication equipment of manufacturers of any brand.
At the same time, "Veda" is devoid of the shortcomings inherent in the civilian communication standard. For example, it does not report a lot of service information to the enemy, as happens when using DMR equipment "out of the box".
The project added that in case of falling into the hands of the enemy, automatic firmware deletion is provided. The station has implemented protection algorithms, including complete self-destruction of the software in it.
The "Veda" software for military signalmen is designed to encrypt service data and conversations of DMR radio networks. The software is designed for use on the line of control of the enemy's electronic intelligence equipment.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Yars strategic missile system has gone on combat patrol.
