The crew of the Russian anti-tank missile system (ATGM) "Fagot" managed to shoot down a heavy hexacopter "Baba Yaga" for the first time. This was reported by the Kalashnikov concern (part of Rostec).
The manufacturer of the Fagot ATGM is PJSC Kirov Plant Mayak (Kalashnikov Concern). The complex is designed to destroy tanks and other armored targets, helicopters and enemy firing points. The firing range is up to 4000 m.
Currently, Mayak serially produces a launcher (PU) for the Fagot and Konkurs-M ATGMs, which invariably prove their high combat effectiveness, as well as control and test equipment for the PU.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the first footage of the flight of the latest Geranium-2 at a great height appeared.
