The "Life Situation" service for online university admission on the Gosuslugi portal now allows you to select a specialty and educational institution according to the applicant's individual parameters — Unified State Exam scores and subjects, the location of the university, the availability of a dormitory and military department, as well as the form of education — full-time or part-time, the office of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko announced at SPIEF-2025.
The service is a convenient and modern tool that helps to consciously and accurately choose a suitable educational institution, taking into account the personal criteria of the applicant. This comprehensive digital solution is available to all applicants, regardless of their place of residence, including the most remote regions of the country.
The platform allows you to compare educational programs, receive information about the competition and the number of state-funded places without having to search for data on the websites of different universities. The choice is represented by more than a thousand educational institutions and 1.1 thousand specialties of bachelor's, specialist's and basic higher education.
In addition, applicants can track their positions in the competition lists and choose universities in which they have a chance to enroll based on passing scores.
