"Aeroflot" does not plan to operate domestic Superjet aircraft and Tu-214 aircraft in the future, according to Sergey Alexandrovsky, CEO of the airline.
According to him, the carrier is focusing on aircraft that best suit the route network, optimal from the point of view of operational characteristics and dimensions.
The main Russian aircraft for Aeroflot will be the MC-21. According to the airline, Aeroflot and Rossiya will receive about 200 aircraft of this series by 2033.
Using one type of aircraft – MC-21 – will increase efficiency in resource planning, pilot and flight attendant training.
Earlier www1.ru reported that imported SJ-100 spare parts will become cheaper, although they used to cost twice as much as Airbus.
