Rostec Supplied Three Mi-8AMT Helicopters to Gazprom's Subsidiary

Gazprom Avia plans to receive two more helicopters of this type in 2026-2027

The Russian Helicopters holding (part of Rostec) has transferred three Mi-8AMT helicopters to Gazprom Avia for servicing hard-to-reach facilities. Two more helicopters are planned for delivery in 2026-2027, the state corporation said.

In total, the holding has transferred 16 Mi-8AMT helicopters to the airline. The new machines will be used to transport shift workers and perform work in the interests of Gazprom's subsidiaries.

Mi-8AMT helicopters provide transportation for up to 23 passengers on folding seats, as well as transportation of cargo weighing up to 4 tons inside the cargo cabin or on an external sling.

Each machine is equipped with two external additional fuel tanks, which allow increasing the flight range to 1 thousand km.

Earlier www1.ru reported that 400 million rubles were allocated for the modernization of Tu-214.
