Full combat load of Tu-95MS bomber with Kh-101 cruise missiles revealed

Russia did not use more than six aircraft at a time

The full combat load of the Tu-95MS strategic bomber is eight Kh-101 cruise missiles. This was reported by military expert Yuri Podolyaka.

According to him, the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) have not used more than six aircraft at a time, which is 48 missiles.

Thus, in order to maintain the same intensity in offensive actions, the VKS only needs to have six combat-ready aircraft, Podolyaka noted.
