The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) may have used the modern high-precision guided aviation munition "Grom-E2". This cruise missile is effective in destroying any stationary ground and underwater targets.
Such means of fire destruction can destroy a target at a distance of up to 120 km, and accordingly, the carrier does not need to approach closely in order to strike at target objects.
Previously, open sources reported that the Grom-E1 and Grom-E2 UK RBV can be used with various types of carriers, including MiG-31, Su-34 and Su-57.
At the same time, the mass of the warhead was indicated up to 480 kg. There is no official confirmation of the use of the Grom-E UK RBV at the moment.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the manufacturer of MS-21 and SJ-100 suffered a net loss of 24.1 billion rubles last year.
