The "Kupol" maintenance system for SJ-100 and MC-21 aircraft will be presented at CIPR-2025

The new system will reduce aircraft downtime by 10%

The Rostec State Corporation will present a new IT system for aircraft maintenance and repair at the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" forum (CIPR-2025) — "Kupol". This system is designed for after-sales support of new domestic aircraft SJ-100 and MC-21.

The implementation of the "Kupol" system in Russian airlines will begin this year, and deliveries are scheduled for 2026. The system will accumulate information about the life cycle of the aircraft — from its production to disposal.

This solution will ensure the accuracy, transparency and efficiency of all operations to maintain airworthiness and repairs. Aircraft downtime due to such automation can be reduced by up to 10%.

In addition to the "Kupol" system, the forum will showcase a cross-platform software package for molecular modeling, a digital service for providing public and private services abroad, as well as a system for analyzing production activity and improving labor efficiency.

Earlier www1.ru reported that the Kupol aircraft maintenance system will be launched in Aeroflot.
