Owners of Lada Niva Sport SUVs from the first batches will be able to replace the rear suspension arms with reinforced ones free of charge during the TO-0 maintenance. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Avtopotok".
The new arms received welded reinforcements after incidents when the standard elements were deformed when driving off-road. This led to displacement of the rear axle, damage to the brake system and other problems.
In addition, from the summer of 2025, SUVs will be equipped with reinforced mounting of arch extensions. For this purpose, technological holes will appear in the wing panels, which should increase the reliability of the structure.
Earlier, bloggers criticized the model for insufficient suspension stiffness, problems with the fuel line due to assembly errors, and unstable gearbox operation. However, AVTOVAZ promptly responds to comments, refining the design.
