The company "Modern Transport Technologies" has announced the start of sales of the new all-wheel drive medium-duty truck GAZ "Sadko 9". This model, which continues the "Sadko NEXT" line, is designed for operation in harsh road and climatic conditions.
The car was created with the expectation of installing heavy superstructures and is characterized by high geometric cross-country ability, a ground clearance of 315 mm and rear air suspension, which ensures a smooth ride and automatic maintenance of the floor level under any load.
"Sadko 9" is available in two wheelbase options — 3770 and 4515 mm, with a single-row cab for three seats and a double-row cab for seven seats. A domestic YaMZ-534 diesel engine with a capacity of 169 hp is used as a power unit, working in tandem with a 5-speed manual gearbox and a two-stage transfer case with a downshift. The drive is implemented according to the classic part-time scheme with electronic control of the front axle connection — via a selector on the dashboard.
The basic equipment includes a sprung driver's seat with heating, a pre-heater, electric heated mirrors, heat-absorbing glass, cruise control and an engine brake. For an additional fee, you can install air conditioning and a multimedia system with control buttons on the steering wheel. The car is equipped with original wheels with tires of size 315/80R22.5 and a reinforced rear axle — the beam thickness is increased from 8.5 to 10 mm.
The suspension has also been modernized: the front one is on elongated two-leaf springs, the rear one is pneumatic, with a position memory function and a remote control panel. This allows you to adapt the loading height from 1150 to 1450 mm for various types of terminals. As a result of the modernization, the chassis payload increased by 2 tons compared to the previous model and is 5165 kg for the short-wheelbase version and 4910 kg for the long-wheelbase version.
The new "Sadko 9" is designed for a wide range of tasks in the communal sector, construction, energy, and oil and gas sectors. It is compatible with all superstructures suitable for the "Sadko NEXT" and "Gazon NEXT" chassis, is not subject to the "Platon" system and is adapted for operation in harsh conditions.
Sales and maintenance of the model are provided by a wide service network: 84 regions of Russia and 10 foreign countries, more than 300 sales and service centers, over 1600 spare parts stores. The warranty for the car is 2 years or 100 thousand km of mileage, and the warranty against through corrosion is 8 years.
