According to him, the key problem is the disruption in component supplies due to the workload of supplier companies, as well as the incompleteness of research and development work related to import substitution.
No amount of money can speed this up.
Oleg Panteleev, Executive Director of Aviaport, believes that the main cost items affecting the timing of aircraft deliveries to carriers have not yet been affected, but one should not forget about real inflation. Therefore, the amount of funds allocated for solving applied problems in aircraft construction needs to be indexed.
