The Ministry of Transport advocates the introduction of a unified federal experimental legal regime in the field of unmanned aircraft systems. This was announced by Andrey Ivanov, Deputy Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Civil Aviation of the Ministry.
I would like to support the initiative of the Aeronext Association to consider the possibility of a serial ELR across the country with the possibility of subjects joining. This does not exclude individual ELRs in individual subjects.
Andrey Dobryakov, Deputy Head of Rosaviatsiya, also noted that he supports the initiative of so-called serial ELRs, where the requirements and rules for operating unmanned aircraft systems will be uniform.
Currently, 10 experimental legal regimes in the field of unmanned aircraft systems are being implemented in 24 regions of the country. The first such regime was launched in March 2022 in the Kamchatka Territory, Khanty-Mansiysk, Chukotka, and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs.
Gleb Babintsev, General Director of the association, previously reported that Aeronext is developing parameters for a unified "unmanned" experimental legal regime. This regime involves the creation of a common set of temporary rules.
Earlier, the company "Gorny-TsOT" began mass production of brushless motors for drones. The new production will produce 1000 engines monthly. More than 100 million rubles were invested in the project.
