A Soviet ship repair and shipbuilding plant in the Rostov region has been put up for sale for 750 million rubles. The enterprise was founded in 1960.
The plant occupies an area of 10.6 hectares and is located near the M-4 federal highway. The territory contains production buildings (15.4 thousand sq. m), warehouses (1 thousand sq. m), a 380-meter-long quay wall, a metalworking and woodworking shop, equipment for airless painting and sandblasting of ships, and an oxygen station.
Previously, the plant was engaged in winter lay-up and repair of ships transporting goods along the Volga, Don, as well as in the Azov and Mediterranean Seas.
