2,062 ships will be built for Russian customers by 2038. This was announced by Dmitry Stoyanov, Deputy General Director of the Central Research Institute "Kurs", at the "Russian Shipbuilding" conference.
According to him, as of 2025, the number of ships under construction reaches 310 units.
At the same time, the number of ships being built under the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719 reaches 213 units.
The speaker also reported on the level of localization of ships and ship equipment during the implementation of shipbuilding projects. According to him, today it reaches 40-50%.
