The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory satisfied the claim of the Samara Metallurgical Plant (SMZ) against the Krasnoyarsk Machine-Building Plant (Krasmash, part of Roscosmos) for the recovery of more than 181 million rubles. This is stated in the file of arbitration cases.
The statement of claim was filed with the court on March 27. On March 31, the case was accepted for proceedings, and a preliminary court hearing was scheduled for May 5. At the hearing on May 6, the claim was fully satisfied.
The amount of the claim included 171 million rubles of principal debt, as well as penalties and interest accrued on the amount of the debt. The total amount of the claim amounted to 181.4 million rubles.
The companies entered into a contract for the supply of semi-finished aluminum alloy products in October 2023. The products were transferred between October 2024 and January 2025. The defendant, according to the plaintiff, requested delivery without prepayment with guarantee letters, received the goods, but did not pay for them in full.
Krasmash has been in business since 1932, initially the company produced equipment for the gold mining industry. During the Great Patriotic War, the plant mastered the production of anti-aircraft guns, and since the 1960s it began to produce rocket and space technology. In particular, Krasmash produces Sineva ballistic missiles, Sarmat strategic missile systems, as well as basic modules for launch vehicles.
