The head of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Yaroslav Nilov, emphasizes the need to inform drivers about the potential danger. However, in his opinion, labeling is only the first step. It is also necessary to establish permissible levels of substances in the body in order to avoid being deprived of rights for taking medication.
