The Moskvich 8 family crossover will go on sale tentatively on May 26, 2025. The starting price of the model is 3 million rubles.
The novelty will be presented in three trim levels — "Business", "Techno" and "Premium". The "Techno" version includes ventilation of the front seats, an electric tailgate and keyless access, and an unusual interior with lighting. This configuration also features a panoramic roof, a 360-degree view system and electric heated mirrors.
The "Premium" configuration includes a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel, a multimedia system with a similar screen and support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In addition, it will be equipped with modern safety systems (cruise control, lane keeping systems, emergency braking and blind spot monitoring).
The car will receive a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 174 hp paired with a 7-speed robotic gearbox. Fuel consumption in the combined cycle will be 8.3 l/100 km.
The dimensions of the model are 4825 x 1870 x 1758 mm with a wheelbase of 2830 mm. "Moskvich 8" is designed for 7 seats, offering a spacious interior and a trunk volume of 418 to 2153 liters, depending on the configuration of the seats.
