Aeroflot passengers can now independently make changes to their passport data on the ticket if an error was made during registration.
Now on our website you can independently edit the full name, series and number of the passport, as well as the passenger's date of birth.
Since April 22, the service has been available for tickets purchased on the Aeroflot website, at the contact center or at the airline's offices.
The airline's support service reported that to correct errors, you need to enter the booking number and last name in Latin letters on the "Manage booking" page. Then, in the "Passenger Information" section, select the "Correction of passport data and date of birth" option and specify the data you want to change. After that, you should attach supporting documents.
Earlier it became known that Aeroflot will launch a Russian aircraft maintenance and repair system Kupol this year. It will replace a similar foreign AMOS program.
