The fifth-generation Su-57 fighter and the Tu-22M bomber-missile carrier may take part in the Victory Parade. This was announced by Major General of Aviation Sergey Lipovoy.
According to him, Su-25, Tu-95, and Tu-160 aircraft can also be seen in the air part of the parade. He stressed that all the equipment has proven itself in combat.
Our Su-25 attack aircraft, our Tu-160, Tu-95 strategic bombers, and, I assume, Tu-22M, as well as our fighters and our helicopters, may fly over Red Square. I do not rule out that the latest Russian fifth-generation Su-57 fighters will take part in the air part of the parade.
The military clarified that the Victory Parade program is currently in a semi-closed state and it is unknown what will be the main surprise of the event. It is likely that the public will be presented for the first time with the Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missile.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Su-30 fighter overshadowed the Superjet SJ-100 in the test flight video.
