AvtoVAZ has found a new use for the old Training Center in Togliatti. The building is located opposite the auto giant's headquarters. It has not been used for more than ten years.
The restoration and re-equipment of the facility was undertaken by AvtoVAZ's subsidiary, Sotskultbyt. After de-preservation, the building was transformed into an office center. The renovated premises are occupied by companies that have a direct connection with AvtoVAZ.
This decision not only allowed the building to be returned to operation, but also optimized the use of the company's assets. Tenants located in the new office center will be able to effectively interact with the auto giant, which will have a positive impact on business processes.
Thus, AvtoVAZ not only restored the abandoned building, but also created new opportunities for cooperation with partners.
