The Russian electric car "Atom" from the company "Kama" is preparing for a large-scale entry into the market and is already revealing its cards for maintenance and warranty. The main components of high-voltage systems: traction battery, electric motor and thermal management system, will receive an impressive warranty — 160,000 km of mileage or 8 years.
The basic warranty on the car and paintwork will be 150,000 km or 5 years. And protection against through corrosion — also 8 years. The manufacturer promises the availability of all spare parts at the start of sales, including support for regional services and the creation of a central warehouse. A system of emergency delivery of parts to the client is also being introduced to reduce downtime during repairs.
The service network will be deployed in stages: first — in 12 cities, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi and Kazan. By 2029, "Atom" can be serviced in 48 cities of Russia. A concierge service will allow you to transfer the car to the service and receive it back without leaving your home.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the newest electric car "Atom" will go into mass production in July. Estimated price — from 3 to 4 million rubles.
