The Ufa enterprise "ODK-UMPO" (part of the United Engine Corporation of Rostec) has issued a special postage stamp for its 100th anniversary.
The stamp reflects the contribution that the company has made to the development of the domestic aviation industry.
The artist-designer Roman Komsa depicted on it the AL-41F-1S engine and the Su-35S aircraft - symbols of high technology and achievements in the field of aviation technology. The stamp will soon be on sale in all branches of "Post of Russia" throughout the country, the circulation is 63 thousand copies.
AL-41F-1S was developed for Su-35S fighters. This is an advanced turbojet engine with an afterburner, providing a maximum thrust of 14,500 kgf in afterburner mode.
