According to him, the new system will allow employers, with the consent of candidates, to verify the accuracy of data on work experience and education. The system will simplify the process of confirming qualifications and help avoid misunderstandings during hiring. Applicants will be able to accept requests from employers and grant permission to access supporting information.
This initiative aims to increase transparency in the labor market and improve the quality of recruitment.
