As part of a working trip to the Arkhangelsk Region, Russian Presidential Aide Nikolai Patrushev visited the "Sevmash" enterprise, where modern nuclear submarines are being built, and checked on the modernization of production and the construction of new ships.
Accompanied by the leadership of the shipyard and the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC), Patrushev visited the workshops and inspected the construction process of nuclear submarines.
Two lines of modern missile carriers of the "Borei-A" and "Yasen-M" projects are being built on the slipways of the enterprise.
In total, since 2012, the company has transferred 13 fourth-generation nuclear submarines to the Navy. Several more modern ships are at various stages of construction.
