The "Kalashnikov" concern published footage of the first flight of the newest strike product in the "KUB" guided munitions line - "KUB-10E".
The video shows that the "KUB-10E" is launched into the air from a catapult. The novelty can be used to strike at command posts, unarmored military equipment, field storage points for fuel and ammunition, airplanes at airfields and UAV launch complexes.
The loitering munition is guided to the target using specified coordinates and data from navigation satellite systems. The drone's flight altitude is from 100 to 2500 m, speed - up to 100 km/h.
The flight range and combat power of the new guided munition significantly exceed the performance of previous models in the line.
Earlier www1.ru reported that "Kalashnikov" has increased the pace of machine tool production: on the path to industrial independence.
