A Lada Granta car has been spotted in the United Arab Emirates. This was reported by a subscriber of the Telegram channel "Autopotok", who photographed the car in Abu Dhabi.

The car was painted in metallic gray and, apparently, was delivered to the Arab country through the official Lada distributor — Pearl Plus Motors.
The license plates bear the logo of Pearl Motors — this company is declared as the distributor of VAZ in the Emirates. The reader notes that the car was registered more than six months ago, as evidenced by the series of license plates.
At the end of last year, the Emirates began accepting pre-orders for Lada cars. However, it was not announced when exactly the cars would appear on the local market. It was planned that the certification would be completed by 2025.
In November, the website ladauae.com started working, but soon it stopped functioning and still does not open. However, it was reported in the media that Lada cars are already available for test drives in showrooms.
The head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, confirmed the company's intention to establish deliveries of Lada cars to the United Arab Emirates. He said that two distributors have already been found in the UAE: one will be engaged in the supply of cars to African countries, and the other will sell cars directly in Dubai.
What models of cars will be presented in the UAE can be judged by the information available on the website, which is currently not working. It featured models such as Granta, Niva Legend, Niva Travel, Vesta and Largus. The cost of cars ranged from 67 thousand dirhams (approximately 1.6 million rubles) for the Niva Legend to 98.71 thousand dirhams (approximately 2.3 million rubles) for the Vesta Cross Sportline.
There is no information about Lada on the Pearl Plus Motors website.
Earlier, AvtoVAZ launched sales of Lada cars on Yandex Market. The brand's bestsellers are available to buyers — Granta, Vesta family cars, Niva Travel and Niva Legend SUVs, and even flagship Aura sedans. But so far, only residents of Voronezh can purchase vehicles through the service.
