Pilots of the Baltic Fleet practiced striking a detachment of ships of a mock enemy during the exercise. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
As part of scheduled flights, the crews of Su-24M front-line bombers and Su-30SM, Su-30SM2 multi-purpose fighters of the naval aviation unit of the fleet practiced tasks of delivering missile and bomb strikes against surface targets in the Baltic Sea naval training grounds.
In total, up to 10 bombers and multi-purpose fighters of the mixed air regiment of the naval aviation unit of the Baltic Fleet were involved in the exercise.
