The company "Yandex" has updated the service "Yandex Travel". It has a function for communication between travelers, landlords and hoteliers. This was reported by the company's press service.

For those who are going on a trip, the chat is a convenient way to clarify details. For example, find out if it will be possible to add another bed to the room or check in late in the evening.

Now finding a hotel or apartment will be easier — a chat with instructions and tips has been built into the service interface. Additionally, each chat has more information about the booking.

Travelers will be able to find chats in the "Yandex Travel" application, and hoteliers and landlords on the "Extranet" platform. After booking accommodation, the chat instantly appears in the application. Conversation with a specialist remains available to the user during the trip and two weeks after leaving the hotel or apartment.

Currently, you can contact some hotels and apartments that are represented on the "Yandex Travel" service via chat. In the future, the number of accommodation facilities is planned to be increased.

The entire communication process is encrypted and protected by two-factor authentication.

Earlier www1.ru reported that "Yandex Travel" started working with apartments.
