A Russian “Geran” strike drone with a record tail number has been discovered. This was reported by military blogger Boris Rozhin.
He published a photo of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The numbers 16604 are visible in the picture. About a month ago, an image of a drone with the number 14979 appeared. Presumably, these are serial numbers assigned to the drone in order of production.
The Russian Armed Forces began using black “Geran-2” kamikaze drones. The updated model is made of a radio-absorbing composite, which has drastically reduced the effectiveness of air defense.
