During the Great Patriotic War, self-propelled artillery guns "Isu-152" provided support for infantry and tanks. They were successfully used as assault guns, long-range howitzers, and tank destroyers.

For the destruction of German "Tigers" and "Panthers", Red Army soldiers nicknamed the Soviet self-propelled gun "Zveroboy" (Beast Slayer), and Wehrmacht soldiers gave it the nickname "Can Opener". Their descendant, "Msta-S", also successfully destroys Western tanks, the Ministry of Defense said.

We try to hit with the first shell. The equipment does not fail. The main task of the "Msta-S" is to roll out unnoticed to a firing position, work and go into the shadows.
