Project 12411 warship inflicts damage on a mock enemy ship during exercises

The Dimitrovgrad missile boat, Project 12411 code "Lightning," of the Baltic Fleet, performed electronic missile launches of Mosquito cruise missiles against a group of mock enemy warships as part of exercises. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

As a result of the electronic launches, the crew successfully hit all assigned targets. As part of the sea sortie, the Dimitrovgrad also repelled an air raid using naval artillery and performed exercises to set up electronic countermeasures.

Armament of Project 1241 "Lightning" includes the Mosquito missile system, the Igla anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) launcher, the RBU-1200 rocket-bomb launcher, and the AK-176M and AK-630M artillery systems.
