To avoid the negative effects of magnetic storms, it is necessary to drink more water, monitor your diet and maintain a sleep schedule, advised therapist Olesya Savelyeva. The medic recommended eating vitamins B and C, foods high in iron, zinc and selenium.
During magnetic storms, chronic diseases can worsen, and if you know that on certain days you feel worse than usual, take it seriously, monitor your condition and take the prescribed medications.
