The new Lada Niva Legend from AvtoVAZ has had its braking distance reduced by eight meters, according to Vladislav Nezvanin, director of the in-house tuning studio Lada Sport.
The main change compared to the regular Niva Legend is the installation of rear disc brakes, which reduced the braking distance by 8 meters.
Nezvanin also spoke about the Lada Niva Sport model, which is equipped with a modern engine from the Lada Granta Sport. The car's top speed is 160 km/h, and it accelerates to 100 km/h in 10 seconds.
